How We Serve

Thirteen Three connects young people with the persecuted church through the work of Voice of the Martyrs. Voice of the Martyrs serves persecuted Christians in the following ways:

Bibles and Literature

Imagine if the only Bible you had access to, was verses you had memorised.

Persecuted Christians hunger and thirst for the Word of God. They also long for Christian resources to nourish them in their faith as they evangelise and disciple others. Voice of the Martyrs provides Bibles, New Testaments and Christian literature such as commentaries, song books, Bible study material and evangelistic resources.

Equipping the Persecuted

Where would you go if your family kicked you out and your friends were trying to kill you because you tried to tell them about Jesus?

Voice of the Martyrs provides persecuted Christians with practical tools and resources to equip them for effective ministry. We provide small business equipment and safe houses for Christians fleeing from danger. We also equip underground churches and Bible colleges with items such as: computers, printing machinery and electronic resources.

Families of Martyrs

How would you feed your family if your parents were imprisoned and you lost your job for being a Christian?

Voice of the Martyrs provides special care to prisoners and the families of those imprisoned or martyred for their faith in Christ. We help meet immediate needs like food, emergency housing, travel expenses for prison visitation, education for orphans, and micro enterprise projects.

Christmas Care

It is hard to smile at Christmas when your father is in prison, or your mother has been killed for her faith in Jesus.

Christmas Care is an annual initiative to bring joy and hope to Christian children in countries where they are persecuted for following Jesus. We provide gift packs containing a toy, food, stationery and Christian literature to children in a restricted nation, many of whom have lost one or both parents as a result of persecution.

VOMedical

Imagine you were beaten for your faith and the hospital refused to treat you because you are a Christian.

Christians in restricted nations receive debilitating, life-threatening injuries because of persecution and they are frequently refused medical treatment or charged exorbitant fees. VOMedical provides medicine, surgery, prosthetics, counselling and long term rehabilitation to Christians injured for their faith by partnering with volunteer medical practitioners.
