2013 Fearless Events
Thirteen Three's Fearless events are focused on raising awareness and funds for persecuted Christians in Nigeria.
It is extremely dangerous to be a Christian in Nigeria. The Islamic militant group Boko Haram has made it their mission to eradicate Christianity from northern Nigeria. Hundreds of churches have been destroyed and many Christians have been killed or maimed in bombings and violent attacks.
Despite the dangers, Nigerian Christians choose to stay, risking their lives to advance the Gospel.
Jono Fox from Thirteen Three will share his firsthand experiences meeting persecuted Christians from his recent trip to Nigeria. He will share stories of fearless faith in the face of persecution. The event host youth pastor will also share a challenging message from God's Word.
Our hope is that Australian youth will learn from persecuted Christians to overcome their fears and live courageously for Jesus.
We will also be raising money for a special project to support Nigerian Christians. It's $5 entry to each event. We will also be taking up a collection, so please come prepared to give generously to support persecuted Christians in Nigeria.
