Pray For Boldness
I met an incredible Indonesian evangelist today. He has led many Muslims to the Lord, he has been imprisoned numerous times, and he and his family have received threats on their lives – sounds almost like a modern-day apostle Paul! I cannot let you know his name; it would be too much of a risk to his life and ministry. But it is just fantastic to hear that God is powerfully at work here in Indonesia, the largest Islamic nation in the world today.
Towards the end of my time with this Indonesian brother, I asked what Christians in Australia could pray for him. In tears, he humbly asked us to pray for boldness – he is often in fear for his life as his ministry is covert and very risky. But his desire is to see more Muslims come to faith in Christ and he is willing to put his life on the line to share about Jesus.
It was a privilege for me to pray for this dear Indonesian brother. I encouraged him in the same way that Paul encouraged Timothy: do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, but to join in suffering for the Gospel by the power of God (2 Timothy 1:7-9).

Praying for you and our missionary brothers & sisters.
That kind of persecution is so different from our experience in Australia- to fear for your very life or worse that of your family- i cant even imagine how terrifying the reality of that is. I am praying for your friends boldness to speak for the Father & your post has humbly challenged me to examine my own boldness for Christ.
We are so blessed with safety and comfort and often we don’t speak about our relationship with Chrost because we worry we might be embarrassed or rejected- in fact most people ACTUALLY NEVER have been mocked or rejected they just fear they might be. The enemy has done such a good job of starting us thinking that if we speak love, hope & relationship into their lives we will be laughed at & that is somehow more tragic than eternal separation from Christ
